We may use non-personal information about you such as IP address, device type or geographical location in order to monitor activity on our website to better understand how our website is being used, and what countries our visitors come from. However, we do not match your IP address to any other information that would identify you as a unique individual person.

5. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may pass your personal information to third parties in order for them to deliver products and services to you, and to our third party service providers, for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you

They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Non-sensitive details (eg name, email address) are transmitted over the Internet, and although this website and any other systems we use for data capture use SSL protection, we cannot guarantee that the data will be 100% secure when it is transmitted. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us through enquiry forms, registration forms, or email enquiries, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

7. INFORMATION RETENTION

We will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary in connection with the purposes set out above, or for as long as you are a customer of ZazuDesigns. After our relationship is terminated we will keep your personal information for a reasonable period, to maintain our records in accordance with the law and our legitimate business needs. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Information) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

We may keep an anonymous form of your Personal Data, which will no longer refer to you, for statistical purposes without time limits, to the extent that we have a legitimate and lawful reason to do so.

This website is built on the Squarespace platform.
